· By using the website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 you must get the consent of your parent or guardian before accessing the website. We do not sell goods to under 18s, but parents of under 18s are more than welcome to purchase goods for them!

2. PRICES

Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling, and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling. All prices are inclusive of V.A.T but exclusive of delivery costs. Please see below for details on delivery costs. Gold item prices may vary depending on the cost of gold at the time. Gold jewellery prices are based on a gold price of £0.00 per gram. Other prices are subject to change.

3. DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery is charged at £2.95 for orders totaling £29.99 or under. For orders over £30.00, delivery is free.

4. THE ORDER PROCESS

Once you have submitted your order, payment is taken immediately and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This will summarise your order, as well as confirming your payment. Delivery should take place within 7-10 working days of receipt of order. However, in some circumstances, delivery time may be longer (see DELIVERY TIMES).
Once a dispatch date has been established, we will send you a confirmation e-mail advising of the estimated delivery date. This e-mail will also summarise our terms and conditions, refund and returns policy and our contact details.

5. DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries will usually be sent by Special Delivery. The majority of orders will be received 7-10 days after receipt of order. Some items may take longer due to manufacturer delays, but you will be advised of this as soon as we know. We are contractually bound to deliver your order within 30 days of receipt of order. If this is not possible, we will contact you and arrange a mutually agreeable delivery date. If you no longer wish to proceed with the order due to the lateness of delivery, you may cancel with no obligation. You will receive a full refund, inclusive of delivery costs.

6. CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or letter, quoting your order number, and we will give you a full refund. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
If you cancel part of an order, the postage and packaging charge is recalculated on the price of the goods you keep. For example, if your order is for £50.00 worth of goods and you then cancel a £25.00 item, your order total will drop below £29.99, and you will no longer qualify for free delivery.

7. RETURNING GOODS

If you receive your goods and they do not meet your requirements, you must contact us by e-mail or letter to tell us you wish to send them back within 7 working days of receipt. You are responsible for paying the delivery costs. You will receive a full refund, exclusive of delivery costs, as soon as we receive the goods. Please obtain proof of postage from your Post Office. Please note that you have a duty of care to take reasonable care of the items until they are returned. Please return original packing where possible. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of piercing items e.g. earrings.

8. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or damaged, please contact us by e-mail, letter or telephone. You must pay the delivery cost to return the faulty or damaged item. However, we will give you a full refund, including both original and return delivery costs upon receipt of the damaged or faulty items. Reports on faulty or damaged goods must be made within 6 months of receipt of order to receive a full refund. After that time, we reserve the right to repair, replace or refund conditional on circumstances.

9. SUBSTITUTE GOODS

If we are unable to supply your desired product, we will endeavour to send a substitute product. If however, this product is not satisfactory, please send it back, at your expense, and we will give you a full refund, inclusive of both original and return delivery costs.

10. LOSS OF GOODS IN TRANSIT

In the unlikely event that your goods are lost in transit, we will re-send your order or offer a full refund, inclusive of delivery costs.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new Terms & Conditions on the website.

12. USE OF THE WEBSITE

Do not use the website in any way that will damage it or interrupt its provision. Do not use the website to transmit or post any computer viruses.
We cannot guarantee that our website is free from computer viruses, so please take your own precautions in this respect.
We will always endeavour to keep the website available. However, sometimes it is not always possible and we cannot be made liable for this.

We are not responsible for and neither do we have control over, external websites that are linked to our website.

Please do not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any part of the website without written consent from us (except as stated below).
You are welcome to print or download any page(s) for your own personal and non-commercial use only.
We try to keep the information on our website as accurate as possible, however we cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our reasonable control. Please note that colours of product images may differ according to the computer monitor. Product dimensions displayed are approximate and intended as a guideline for the size of individual products. Images displayed do not necessarily show the actual size of the product.

We will not share your personal information with any third party. With your consent, we will store your personal information in order to keep you notified of any special offers, news or changes on the website. We do not keep any payment information and your payments are made through the Thawte secure server.
